Jason and Ozzie came bye today and spent a good amount of time making sure I had everything I needed to keep my home comfortable and keep my electric bill comfy as well! I have been using Doctor Cool & Professor Heat for years and appreciate their staff from the girls on the phone to the guys who come out in the pink booties! Always cordial, they are a joy to have over. I look forward to them returning to replace my ductwork in a couple of weeks. They’ve previously done maintenance on my older units, installed a split unit in my Master bedroom. They’ve even serviced my Galveston Beach home, while I had guest there and the A/C quit! In that instance, they sent out a service tech near closing time to fix it quickly.
